At this stage we only offer shipping options within Australia. If you need a box delivered internationally, please contact us directly so we can discuss the specifics with you.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and are sent via Australia Post. Once the order has been despatched a tracking number will be sent to you via email so that your order can be tracked. Once the order has been despatched is the responsibility of Australia Post to get it to you in good condition and in a timely manner.
We do not give refunds for change of mind. If the product is damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation for you.
