What is Little Box of Kindness (LBoK)?
LBoK is hand made gift box, intentionally crafted to gift the gift of kindness to your nearest and dearest. All products are either made by us or are sourced from other Australian small businesses.

Our intentionally themed boxes have been designed as a unique and heartfelt gift to send to someone (or yourself) who needs some empowerment and kindness in their day. A great alternative to conventional gifts such as flowers or chocolate. We have 8 unique and specially created themes to cover all bases. Our aim is to make it easy to send a heart-felt, extra special gift to brighten someone’s day – or even your own!

Can I include a personalised note?
Absolutely, we encourage it. All gifts can be personalised by leaving a message in the comments section at the checkout – we then handwrite your note on the front of each box.

Little Box of Kindness does not promise to cure ailments. We recommend you address health issues, physical or otherwise, with a trusted medical professional. Our crystals and reiki infused products should not be used in place of medical advice or medication; they are to be used as healing aids, to assist you with your own healing journey. 

When and how will my Little Box of Kindness be delivered?
We deliver all our parcels through Australia Post. So you’ll either receive it in person if home, in your nominated ‘safe place’ for drop-offs, or in your larger sized letterboxes. If none of these options are available you may have to pop to the local post office to pick it up in person if you’re not home at the time of delivery.

We aim to pack and send boxes within 1-2 business days – anything more than this and you’ll be notified directly.

How long does it take to ship?
Our parcels are sent via standard post, so the average time for delivery is between 2-5 days. We’ll have tracking details available as soon as the parcel is on its way so you can check the estimated time of arrival.

Can I send my parcel express?

Standard shipping throughout Australia is included in the pricing. If you wish to send express, simply view your cart, and select the Express Shipping option.

What if my package hasn’t arrived?
Be sure to first check your tracking details to see the latest update on your parcel – then Contact us directly with this latest tracking information so we can follow it up for you. Australia Post have been an incredibly reliable partner, and we’re yet to have a missing parcel – but we want to be prepared just in case. After all, we’re all human and on the odd occasion, things happen, but we’ll work with you to ensure the situation is rectified if it ever occurs.
