How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is included in the pricing of all our gift boxes. If you need to urgently sent a parcel last minute express please let us know via the Contact Us section and we’ll see what’s possible.
How long does it take?
Due to the flow on effects from COVID & Christmas Australia Post are experiencing delays with deliveries. As a result we can not guarantee normal delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
When and how will my Little Box of Kindness be delivered?
We partner with Australia Post to ensure your packages are delivered safely and reliably. All orders are packed and sent within 1-2 days business days of ordering.
Average delivery time is 2-5 business days. When you place your order, you will be sent a tracking link with the delivery details of your parcel. No orders are dispatched on weekends.
What if my parcel hasn’t arrived?

Australia Post have been an incredibly reliable partner, and we’re yet to have a missing parcel – but we want to be prepared just in case. After all, we’re all human and on the odd occasion, things happen, but we’ll work with you to ensure the situation is rectified if it ever occurs.
